Week 4

This week we are going deep in to research of the ALS topic. We have to learn and investigate as much as possible about it so we can have a good starting point. Our research is based upon interviews with different personals - patients, doctors who are experts at this field, therapists and basically everyone who has something even as small as possible to contribute to our knowledge). As some of us were assigned to the interviews, some members of the team got the task of researching online for academic journals, current ways of treatment and everything interesting that can be drugged online about ALS. Before the interviews we sat down and wrote what kind of questions should we ask and whom. We wrote down questions for everybody we interviewed so we will be focused while interviewing. We had a few contacts that we can interview for starters, and while contacting them we also searched for another people to interview. Our online research also lead to interesting results that were summarized in our shared documents. After this week of research I can say that without any doubt we are all very interested in this topic and hope that we can find good technological solutions to help ALS patients.
